Receptionist: UniFirst Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, well-mannered, professional Receptionist to meet and greet people as well as answer and route all incoming calls.
Ideal candidate will be a self starter, quick learner and a team player. Candidate should have general office experience and be comfortable working with computers and office equipment. Responsible for performing general office duties, and provide office support for Human Resource Department.
Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
Send and receive mail, faxes and distribute to appropriate department/person
Provide assistance in processing accounts payable vouchers, photocopying invoices and expense reports
Preparing documents, filing invoices and other general office duties as required
Shift Stock Replenisher/Receiving: Meet and comply with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, work performance, quality, and attendance. Will rotate between active replenishment and reserve storage pull as required by management. When replenishing, responsible for accurate identification and retrieval of cases from replenishment lines and transporting them to correct storage locations. When pulling, will be required to safely operate various types of powered industrial equipment (man-up, fork truck, walkie), putting cases into and pulling cases from high-bay reserve storage, and move cases from pallets to conveyor system. In order to safely operate the man-up employee must be no taller than 77” or 6’4”. Due to the high bay area must be comfortable with working in heights up to 40 feet. Will be required to work overtime as necessary. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by a supervisor or team leader.
Route Service Representative
Prior customer service, route sales, delivery and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred
High school diploma, some college is a plus
Communication and language skill
Basic computer proficiency
Valid non-commercial driver’s license & safe driving record; must be 21 years or older
Must meet pre-employment physical requirements
Physical capable of carrying up to 50 lbs.
Maintenance Technician: This role will repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems, and components, including but not limited to: large capacity washers and dryers, pneumatic and steam systems, conveyor systems, and boilers. They will execute preventive/predictive maintenance, resolve safety concerns, and perform indoor and outdoor facility and equipment repair.
Uses common tools including but not limited to: hand and power tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, precision measuring instruments, and electrical and electronic testing devices.
Ensures safe operation of machinery, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems equipment and components; following blueprints and schematics, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.
Troubleshoots sources of equipment problems.
May be required to perform boiler chemical testing; records result in log books; and makes necessary chemistry adjustments.
May be required to perform daily and weekly safety checks on boilers and makes necessary repairs.
May be required to perform wastewater pre-treatment system testing; record results in logbooks; and makes necessary chemistry adjustments.
Records and analyzes meter readings of utilities in logs and takes corrective actions where appropriate.
