Clinical Lab Scientist: The Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) performs all routine and special hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, body fluid and blood gas testing, including manual differentials, microscopic review of urine sediment, urine pregnancy testing and body fluid cell counts. Is responsible for the proper operation of instruments, including maintenance, troubleshooting, quality control analysis and laboratory information system (LIS) functions.

Must be able to work independently, recognize problems, identify cause and determine solutions. Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization, accuracy and efficiency. The Clinical Lab Scientist performs all duties in a manner that denotes the team concept and reflects the UCSF and ZSFG mission, vision and values.

Senior Associate Vice: The Senior Associate Vice Chancellor (Sr. AVC) will have executive leadership and day-to-day management of UCSF’s Department of Real Estate, Planning, & Capital Programs (REPCAPS) and UCSF Health Capital Programs.

The Sr. AVC is responsible for the establishment of strategic direction and operational control of:
• Urban planning and design of UCSF campuses
• Planning, design and construction of campus facilities
• Oversight of space inventories and, in conjunction with other senior leadership, allocation of campus space inventories
• Acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of properties for UCSF’s use, including outsource development agreements in the form of public/private partnerships (P3’s)
• Advising the Chancellor, CEO and President of UCSF Health, Senior Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost, and the Board of Overseers Real Estate Committee on matters related to the UCSF physical environment.

Executive Director: The Executive Director provides strategic vision and leadership for the Office of Technology Management (OTM) team. He/she recruits and retains talented and creative staff by providing a supportive, intellectually fertile and stimulating environment. The Executive Director oversees directly, or indirectly through her/his Associate Director(s) and their direct reports, all staff and all operations and activities of the OTM team, including the intellectual property protection, licensing and other management activities for a UCSF portfolio of approximately 2300 inventions.
