Key Responsibilities for General Maintenance (Production)
We are seeking individuals with primary logic controls experience
Performing preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with standardized procedures
Designing, assembling, and testing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and systems (involves circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.)
Designing, fabricating, machining, and repairing jigs, fixtures and parts (metal, plastic, and wood) for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications.
Writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying and/or repairing programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment
Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment using standard and specialized hand/power tools (pipe threader, press, welder, cutting torch, machining, and diagnostic equipment).
Troubleshooting, replacing and/or repairing machine components including cylinders, pumps, motors, spindles, fixtures, slides, valves, gears, switches, and bearings.
Performing basic administrative skills including computer data entry and documentation of work performed by written and electronic methods
Key Responsibilities for Facilities Maintenance
Operating power house equipment (e.g., boilers, air compressors, chillers, electrical distribution etc.) and industrial waste treatment equipment (facilities maintenance)
Prefer : Curriculum that also included PLC’s, robots, 3 phase power and motor controls.
Military Training relevant to Skilled Manufacturing
College or Technical School Degree in a related field
Work Experience :
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience using Electrical Principles while installing, maintaining and/or trouble shooting equipment on a regular basis or similar military hands on experience with completed technical job training.
Prefer : Industrial Electrical experience at a manufacturing facility using PLC controlled automation.

Toyota’s Final Assembly Production Engineering Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Assembly Seibi Technician.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical/skilled support to Assembly Equipment Engineers for equipment procurement and modifications.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager Assembly Seibi , the person in this role will support the Final Assembly Production Engineering department’s objective to provide high quality, low cost and reliable vehicle assembly equipment that meets Toyota’s standards for safety, operation, quality and maintainability.
What you’ll be doing
- Review historical information for equipment downtime, maintenance records,
- Inform engineers of historical issues that could be addressed at bid spec timing
- Identify and eliminate problems with equipment prior to shipment to NAMC
- Provide skilled support for project work to TMNA Assembly Engineers
- Provide NAMC Team Member training – Maintenance, Production and Engineering
- Review, confirm and update drawings to support change points
- Investigate performance issues, determine root cause and develop permanent countermeasures
- Implement PLC modification on new and existing systems that integrate to Assembly Information System
What you bring
- High School Diploma (or higher)
- Experience programming/troubleshooting Toyopuc and Allen Bradley PLC’s
- Comprehensive knowledge of PC’s, Industrial Networks, Pokayokes, Electrical circuits, and Plantwide Information and Control Systems
- Experience working in manufacturing facility (prefer automotive), equipment automation vendor or Tier 2 supplier.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support all NAMC’s
- Seibi and or Assembly Maintenance experience

Customer Loyalty Specialist
Toyota’s Loyalty Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Customer Loyalty Advocate. The primary responsibility of this role is to take ownership of customer loyalty and retention activities in support of inbound and outbound dialer functions. As well as educates customers on their options at the end of contract term attempting to retain the customer in the Toyota family while ensuring a smooth end of term process.
Reporting to the Customer Loyalty Team Leader, the person in this role will support the Loyalty department’s objective to maximize repeat TFS/LFS contract and vehicle sales through effective representation of Toyota, Lexus and Scion (Toyota) products and services. Execute department strategy to influence repeat purchase behavior through the application of strategic sales and product training.

Toyota’s Financial Planning Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Sales Planning Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and communicate the planning process for the Sales & Marketing annual budget and quarterly forecast, providing key financial information to senior management on budget/forecast variance and other business issues.
