The Habit Job Opportunities & Application Process
The Habit receives application for open positions almost every season: some of the positions require experience and deeper knowledge in the specific area whereas the rest can be applied by unexperienced employees as well. Applicant who are willing for a position in The Habit, can apply to the best fit for their future. However, the most important thing to keep in mind that the applicants are strictly expected to fulfill the age requirement. Nevertheless, for entry level positions, there exist no high-level qualification expectance, therefore, the sooner the application is made, the higher change the candidate has.
Friendly, energetic personality dedicated to providing excellent hospitality to our guests. In addition to performing cashier tasks, primary duties include: dining room customer service and ensuring our store is inviting and clean for our guests.
Closing Manager (Level 3) – Entry-level manager well-trained in kitchen and hospitality tasks. Primary duties include: cashier training, providing exceptional customer service, and closing shift supervision.
Assistant Manager (Level 2) – In addition to closing manager duties, responsibilities include: cook training, Back of House supervision, inventory orders and controls, along with opening shift supervision.
Asistant General Manager
Assistant (Level 1): Responsible for training, scheduling, and administrative duties. Fosters a positive working environment with focus on team leadership through motivation and accountability.
Responsible for maintaining all Habit Burger Grill operational standards. Primary duties include: Providing exceptional customer service, comprehensive team training and career-building, supporting a positive work environment. Ensures excellent food quality and safety standards, while monitoring store profitability.
