HR Representative: The HR Representative (HR Rep) provides first-point-of-contact support to incoming case management/calls/emails/requests/or walk-ins for HR Shared Services.   • Maintains customer contact until request is resolved, including informing customer of status and resolution. Educates associates and managers on company practices and tools to encourage associates and managers to resolve questions on their own. Owns case management process, including opening cases, managing escalation where required and closing cases in accordance with service level agreements (SLA). Provides document support by managing incoming and outgoing forms and other information sources. Maintains confidentially through all work conducted.
  • Maintains a broad high level understanding of all HR policies, procedures, and programs. Performs all activities according to documentation and training provided to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable Federal, State and Municipal laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • High school diploma/equivalent and 2 years related work experience, or
  • Associate degree and 1 year related work experience, or
  • College degree

Specialist

The Investment Liaison (IL) Specialist is responsible for providing an advanced level of investment operational expertise and independent decision-making in support of the IL teams and their respective internal and external clients. The Specialist partners with the IL to support all stages of the client life cycle by managing various investment-related operational processes, mitigating risk and improving IL business processes. The Specialist is also relied upon heavily for their technical knowledge and is expected to leverage these skills in multiple ways including automating and/or scheduling recurring investment related reporting, researching complex issues and participating as a key contributor in business projects.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilizes advanced business and operational expertise surrounding the investment process as well as established departmental and regulatory guidelines to gather, analyze, negotiate, and communicate servicing requirements for client accounts and certain TRP proprietary products with TRP teams and clients’ service providers. Acts as a data request intake coordinator responsible for sourcing and disseminating nonstandard account data. Leverages the Investment Liaison’s time by managing centralized investment-related, operational functions such as corporate actions coordination, assisting with performance and attribution, sourcing data and quality checking client reporting, employing trading oversight tools to reconcile daily trade activity of the TRP proprietary products and client accounts, automating and scheduling recurring custom investment related reporting etc.
  • Required to independently research, analyze, and provide responses to simple and complex queries from both internal and external stakeholders such as service providers, Portfolio Managers, clients, and internal TRP teams relating to standard operational account servicing activities and strategy support. Coordinates and documents the resolution of day-to-day operational problems and issues. Assists on projects relating to analysis and resolution of complex issues affecting diverse strategy base, regulation changes, and strategic firm initiatives.
  • Stays abreast of regulatory and TRP policies surrounding process documentation and record retention and ensures that adequate and organized documentation of processes are maintained to satisfy regulatory and TRP-established requirements. Creates and updates policies and procedures on a regular basis, ensuring they accurately reflect compliance regulations and system enhancements. Documents workflow and systems changes. Provides training to team members as appropriate on business processes. Continually builds technical skills and industry knowledge.

Product Analyst: The Product Analyst for Digital Solutions works within the client experience function in Individual Investors. Incumbents in this role are responsible for understanding and improving the client experience as it relates to products and services across all digital properties. The Product Analyst synthesizes data and proactively consults with business partners to provide business insight to enable strategic business decisions. At times, the Product Analyst may also play the role of a Product Owner for initiatives of lesser complexity.
