Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties

  • Schedule and maintain calendars of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries; coordinate related arrangements

Tax Counsel

What we’re looking for: 

  •  Attorneys with 4 plus years of federal corporate income tax experience preferably at a medium to large size law firm, national office of a prominent accounting firm, or corporate legal department;
  • An understanding of insurance company and international taxation is helpful;
  • The ability to work in an environment that emphasizes information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect and integrity;
  • Must have a law degree from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials;
  • Must have an active license to practice law in at least one state and a member in good standing of the bar;
  • Proactive mindset and anticipates and responds effectively to client’s needs;
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative in approaching legal matters;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • A strong work ethic and customer-service mentality.
