Cashier: Our cashier will provide information, complete sales transactions, and answer phones while always maintaining the highest level of customer service. You are the first person our guests will meet: therefore your primary goal is to start them off with a WOW experience while completing their sales transaction and introducing them to our park.

  • Greet our guest ENTHUSIASTICALLY
  • Provide complete information to questions
  • Explain the Sky Zone court and patron policies
  • Handle and enforce waiver policies
  • Complete sales transactions: cash handling
  • Handle concessions inventory
  • Enter ALL data in computer system
  • Stock front desk supplies
  • Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Event Host: Who does not LOVE a party? You get paid to throw parties / events. You must SMILE and be great with kids of all ages. Our Event Host will work with kids and adults to create a fun and engaging experience for event guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations. During a typical event, for example, the Host would greet / check in party guest and verify waiver compliance, set up / clean up party room promptly, serve food and beverages, etc. The Event Host will also be expected to assist with cleaning the facility common areas as needed.

  • Maintain positive relations and rapport with guests

  • Troubleshoot; appease unhappy customers (all ages) when situation rises
  • Responsible for set up and clean-up of party
  • Greet the party and escort them from the court to the party room
  • Prepare / serve refreshments
  • Create a party gift list of presents
  • Find ways to ensure Sky Zone is the premier event host in St Louis
  • Custodial duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
