A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

  • Point of contact for client staff
  • Manage and update all reporting and additional detail requests from client
  • Process any email requests for foreclosure documents and information from the SL title team (Pull from Client system and send to the TC team when requested) and notate client/SL system of record
  • Process and forward escalated / urgent questions and requests for corrections to HUD Deeds from Document
  • Execution to Deed Team, cc: Escalation Manager
  • Escalate HUD Deeds for Urgent Execution to client Document Execution and notate client/SL system of record

You possess …

  • Superb client relations skills
  • Prior experience as a Post Sale Specialist preferred
  • A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards
  • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for filing documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures

DETAILED JOB DUTIES

  • Point of contact for client staff
  • Manage and update all reporting or additional detail requests from client
  • Provide feedback to management (internal and client) on any process suggestions, or any system issues
  • Process any email requests for foreclosure documents and information from the SL title team (Pull from Client system and send to the TC team when requested) and notate client/SL system of record
  • Create and maintain a strong and productive working relationship with the client
  • Process and forward escalated / urgent questions and requests for corrections to HUD Deeds from Document
  • Execution to Deed Team, cc: Escalation Manager
  • Escalate HUD Deeds for Urgent Execution to client Document Execution and notate client/SL system of record
  • Process requests for HUD Deed re-executions received via email from the SL Deed Team and notate client/SL system of record
  • Act as a liaison between the Client FHA Conveyance Processors and the SL title team to insure the timely processing of files
  • Act as liaison between Client FHA Conveyance Management and the SL Citi team to coordinate processes and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Prior experience as a Post Closing Specialist preferred
  • Experience with mortgage sub-servicing is a plus
  • Experience as an Onsite Representative is a plus
