A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-team environment and can deliver time-sensitive requirements. This person must also exhibit attention to detail and excel at multi-tasking.
  • Coordinating lease related documents for execution including preparing lease approval package, coordinate signatures, etc.
  • Assist with managing portfolio metrics, preparing expense requests, and inputting data into the system and SAP
  • Track and maintain critical dates, such as renewal options, termination options, and coordinate with transaction managers to insure timely execution of documents and follow ups
  • Prepare reports for the executive team and prepare monthly and quarterly reports with accuracy
  • Distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with Real Estate team to insure lease administration has updated lease documents, approval forms, and related information
  • Advocate continuous process improvement and streamline reports
  • Point of contact for directing internal leasing inquiries to transaction manager and following up to insure a timely response
