Responsibilities and Expectations
- Review distribution list of loans needing to be conveyed
- Review loan history and if not in convey condition, suggest filing an extension
- Negotiate with Contractor for work on property waiting to convey
- Daily communication and follow-up with Client on convey status
- Respond to all business communications within 24-48 hours
- Required to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set forth by the department.

Qualifications and Requirements
- 1 year work experience at Safeguard Properties required
- Solid foundation built from updating and SPI experience required
- Demonstrates effective oral and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office applications strongly preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities and responsibilities
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Demonstrates continuous follow-up capability
