Sr. Project Manager
Growing firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team!
Office location: near Jericho, NY
*10% travel is required*
Salary is contingent upon experience
In order to be considered for this role, proficiency in the following is preferred:
Signage or Construction industry experience; at least 5 years of experience in project management or senior project management role. Bachelor’s Degree required. Proficiency or knowledge in Net Suite and Smart Sheet preferred. As well as: Scheduling, bidding, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills safety/insurance, strong communication skills, and reading blueprints and technical documents.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of projects. This includes overall planning, scheduling, cost tracking, permits, aligning approved sub-contractors for site survey, prep, installation and order scheduling in the selected fabrication location(s).
-Must maintain good rapport with customers and internal associates to facilitate customer satisfaction, on time delivery, and meet margin goals for each project. Handle multiple locations for delivery of orders and multiple customers simultaneously.
