Pilot offers benefits to all Team Members, both Part Time and Full Time.
Full time is defined as working 30 hours or more per week. Part time is defined as working less than 30 hours each week. Benefits will start on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Team members must call to enroll in benefits prior to their benefits start date.

Medical: Pilot offers three different Medical Plans for full time employees to choose from. Medical coverage is not available to part time employees.
