Restaurant Busser

As a Busser, you will be responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly and prompt service.  The Busser’s work with a sense of urgency to pre-bus tables, as well as, maintain floor and table sanitation.  A Busser will be a team player and will be responsible for bussing, cleaning and properly resetting tables.  They will also provide assistance to customers and take every opportunity to WOW a customer.

Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for a strict adherence to recipe standards. The Line Cook is committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and prepares food with proper safety equipment, tools and recipe specs with further direction from Management. The Line Cook is also responsible for knowing the food hierarchy in the storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, and also keeping the dry storage organized. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing fresh, delicious food that looks great too. A Line Cook is committed to cleaning and maintaining each line station, and monitoring ticket times and food quality.

Host

As a Host, you will be responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference. A Host will be required to greet incoming and departing guest in a welcoming manner. Seat the guest in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. A Host will need to be able to entertain wait times with hospitality offering beverages and food tasting services as applicable. A Host will also need to answer phones in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls as applicable. A Host will need to be a team player and assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, assisting with guest and ensuring that every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
