  • Ability to lead and develop skills of direct reports (hourly and professional).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Conflict Management/Resolution experience.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • SAP/PKMS systems experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Six Sigma, TQM, and Lean knowledge
