NC State Employees’ Credit Union Job Opportunities & Application Process
NC State Employees’ Credit Union receives application for open positions almost every season: some of the positions require experience and deeper knowledge in the specific area whereas the rest can be applied by unexperienced employees as well. MSS FSR (10am-9pm 4 days on/4 off)
This is an entry-level position in our Contact Center. Some responsibilities include: establishment of new accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting members with account issues over the phone. This is a professional development position which will include completion of Credit Union modules, personal lending training, and acquiring insurance licensure. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work 10am – 9pm (4 days on/4 off).

Financial Services Representative
Provide financial service to our membership. Dispense information about various types of accounts and other Credit Union services. Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes. Handle deposits, withdrawals, issue money orders and enter transactions into a teller terminal. Hours are 8:30AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
Minimum high school diploma – a 4 year degree is preferred. Should possess a high level of self control, self confidence, patience as well as good mathematical and communication skills. Must complete the Credit Union’s basic module program within 24 months of hire date as a condition of employment. Credit and criminal background check will be performed.
