Cashier – Major Activities

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
  • Provide a fast and friendly check out experience
  • Execute cash handling to standards
  • Engage customers on benefits of Rewards and complete enrollments
  • Educate customer on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget
  • Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance to include the merchandise return / go back process
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Assist with Omni channel processes
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions
  • Interacts with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promotes commitment to the organization’s vision and values; projects a positive image and serves as a role model for others
  • Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
  • Other duties as assigned

Support Specialist – Must be at least 18 years of age. Basic computer skills. Retail and cash handling experience is preferred.

Major Activities

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
  • Conduct cash reconciliation and bank deposits and time edits
  • Complete inventory processes to include Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities
  • Complete merchandising processes to include Negative On Hand (NOH) review and price changes
  • Maintain brand visual standards and signage standards
  • Assist with on-boarding of new Team Members
  • Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget

Manager – They are mainly responsible for achieving financial goals and ensuring operational success at store locations. Other duties include hiring new employees, training them, and motivating entry-level workers. For this position it is important to have at least 3 years of previous work experience. When it comes to the salary, assistant managers earn $45.000 annually while store managers earn $60.000 per year.

Certified Framer – Those who want to be a part of this company and who has special interest in photography or painting can get a job as a certified framer. For this position, it is important to have good customer skills and enthusiasm. Before employment, candidates are asked to pass through training courses to gain certification. They usually earn $10.00 per hour.
