  • Add new products and adjust existing products as needed

The core responsibilities of the job focus on accelerating the depth and breadth of behavior enforcement on the AI Drive Through; by building automated stochastic probes of the AI Drive Through.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years Software Quality Assurance experience
  • 3+ years with Test Automation
  • Experience with QA and Agile methodologies throughout Software Development Lifecycle
  • Experience with API automation testing framework
  • Experience testing in Linux environments
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Bash Shell Scripting
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Python and/or Java

FT Customer Care Assistant: As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. Payroll Processing Coordinator: The Payroll Processing Coordinator is a member of the team that ensures that all staff and company owned restaurant (McOpCo) crews are paid in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • · Payroll: Review exceptions for all pay cycles. Process transactions received from our staff and store management such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, special checks. Assist our staff with inquires related to our HR self-service portal. Research and process transactions and adjustments related to third party transactions and forgeries.
  • · Collaboration/Communication: Support Operations and Human Resources to ensure that all stores have properly transmitted payroll data. Communicate with IT, Legal, and Benefits teams as needed. Interact daily with Employee Service Center representatives. Support McOpCo Human Resources, Operations teams and employees on all Payroll related inquiries.
  • · Teamwork: Exhibit proficiency in learning quickly and communicating effectively with the team. Work with team to ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to assist our crew, management and staff when they contact the Payroll team.
  • · Ad Hoc projects as needed
  • · Occasional Overtime may be required

Basic Qualifications:

  • · High school diploma or equivalent required
  • · 3+ years of experience processing and/or calculating payroll and other compensation transactions (e.g. reimbursements) and analyzing financial data
  • · 3+ years of customer service experience in a professional office/business setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • · Previous call center experience favored
  • · Bachelor’s degree or Payroll Certification a plus
  • · Experience working with Payroll System preferred
  • · Strong problem solving, analytical and customer service skills
  • · Capability to work both individually and cooperatively as a team member
  • · Proven ability to adapt and leverage resources to achieve results in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • · Proficiency in managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
