Accounting Consultant: The Accounting Consultant position requires strong financial acumen competencies to interpret, analyze and report financial results to internal finance partners and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze, design and produce management reports
  • Research and implement changes to financial reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate with internal finance partners
  • Validate, test and perform controls on data and reports

Learning & Performance Consultant: This position is responsible for the creation and distribution of training for MML Investors Services LLC (MMLIS) operations platforms, including but not limited to Wealthscape, VAOE, Workbench, and DidUSign.  Development is mainly e-Learning and MMLIS Knowledge Center reference sheets.

MMLIS training team is responsible for determining the strategy, creation, implementation and management for all MMLIS training needs.  This includes analyzing current training material, identifying new training opportunities with the launch of new programs or product roll-outs and the storage of all materials within a learning management system (LMS).  In addition, this position is responsible for partnering with MMLIS Operations and Platform Support and vendors to ensure consistency and alignment with system releases, product and platform changes.

Business Acceptance Specialist: The Business Acceptance Specialist is responsible for principally reviewing MML Investors Services (MMLIS) Registered Representatives’ business submissions. This role is a significant component in mitigating risk for the firm by evaluating new business to insure viability and a reasonable fit for each client. Once suitability has been determined, insure business rationale is reflected in comprehensive documentation for each new business file.
