Inbound Sales Manager

Call center hours are 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Managers are assigned to work a shift with his/her team. Typical shift hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm , 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm or 9:00 am – 8:00 pm depending on customer needs. Flexible scheduling required; Holiday hours as needed.

Lenovo is hiring experienced Contact Center candidates to staff our US Inbound Sales team located on our Morrisville Corporate Campus.

Duties include: Answering pre-sales questions, assessing requirements, selecting the most appropriate solution to meet customers’ needs and closing sales.

Sales representatives will work in a fast-paced, results driven environment. Contact Center employees will work rotating shifts which can vary based on contact volumes and customer needs. The contact center hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 9:00 pm ET; Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm ET; and Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00pm ET.
