How to Apply

As Gucci clients’ first point of contact with the House, retail employees act as the face of the brand. As a result we pride ourselves in taking particular care in selecting and training every one of them.

The process is simple: first, ask that you carefully review the description for the roles you may be interested in and watch the videos in career section. Next, you can visit Careers page, where you can create a profile and upload your information. You will be asked several questions about your retail experience, background and languages. Remember, a good command of English is a requirement for any position. If you are selected for the next round, you will then be asked to complete a longer behavioral assessment.

Recruitment and Selection

Working in a Gucci store means embodying the House’s core values of luxury and sophistication. Candidates must have a profound appreciation for singular combination of heritage and modernity, and must be able to convey this to store clientele.

While previous experience in luxury retail is always an advantage, are also interested in candidates from backgrounds that require similarly high levels of service and attention to clients, such as luxury hotels and travel.

About Gucci

High fashion. Italian style. Traditional craftsmanship. Global consciousness. Gucci embodies all these characteristics, producing exquisitely crafted luxury goods with a thoroughly modern sensibility.

Ever since Guccio Gucci founded the house in Florence in 1921, the brand has been a destination for the world’s most discerning men and women. Gucci represents the best of Made in Italy with its inimitable combination of opulence, high artisanry and contemporary glamour. Today, the House’s commitment to excellence continues under the vision of Creative Director Frida Giannini, who has enriched its legacy with an exacting offering of handbags, shoes, and critically acclaimed fashion collections, as well as children’s clothing, small leather goods, jewelry, fragrances, and other timeless lifestyle items. Every Gucci piece carries with it close to a century’s worth of artisanal quality and unparalleled design.

As Gucci readies for the next ninety years, the House looks to the next level of corporate responsibility. From sustainability to philanthropy, Gucci is committed to its role in the global community. It voluntarily obtained SA8000 certifications that seek to progressively reduce its environmental footprint and is also actively involved in philanthropic initiatives that support both women’s rights and arts preservation. In 2005, the House entered into a long-term partnership with UNICEF and since then has committed more than $12 million in support of the organization’s women’s and children programs in Africa and Asia. Gucci also collaborates with the Kering Corporate Foundation to combat violence against women. On the cultural front, the company works closely with Martin Scorsese’s The Film Foundation to fund the digital restoration of cinematic masterpieces, such as La Dolce Vita and Once Upon a Time in America.
