After Sales Manager

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced After Sales Manager to join our team in Levallois, Paris (France) offices. Reporting to Head of West Europe region, you will provide dealerships with needed expertise, support and monitoring as well as the certification in business performance, assistance procedures and coverage, aligned with company standards. Key will be your planning and realization of dealer network standards, ensuring optimal performance and recommendations for improvements across After-Sales operations. You will further develop and monitor the key process as well as performance indicators, referring to specific targets and best practice objectives. In order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for a graduate profile (Bachelor’s Degree in ideally engineering) with min 5 years highly relevant experience gained ideally in the automotive sector, including specific experience in After-Sales and dealer management as well as in the motorsport activities . Based on your prior professional experience gained in the automotive sector (ideally in the premium sector), you are technically capable and have technical skills as well as knowledge in After-Sales, parts and warranty procedures in order to deliver. Ferrari F1 Team / Senior CATIA Support Engineer

Working in the Chassis Design Office reporting to the Head of Chassis Design Methodology you will be providing support to over 80 engineers primarily using CATIA. Your day to day tasks will involve providing guidance and best practice methodology to the designers of the mechanical, hydraulic and cooling systems. You will be expected to be able to support designers working on the gearbox and chassis and various composite designers including tooling.
Your role will involve the investigation of new software tools and the development of new methodologies usually in CATIA but also in other software applications used in the design and simulation process. The primary aim is to improve design office efficiency and data quality for downstream and cross functional departments. You will be expected to write CAD/PDM methodology documentation and advanced CAD/PDM training material. Occasionally you will be required to present new solutions and deployment changes on the system to the UT design groups.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will be a graduate, having completed your Degree in Engineering . You will have minimum 7 years’ experience of working intensively on CATIA V5 or V6, providing CATIA at-elbow support and training CATIA designers to an advanced level, in a fast moving engineering environment. Previous Motorsport or F1 design engineering experience is a nice to have.
Technically, you will have previous experience in the following CATIA V5 or equivalent V6 workbenches: Sketcher, Part Design, Generative Shape Design, Assembly Design, DMU and Kinematics. Moreover, you will have a good understanding of design office procedures for drawing release, engineering changes and versioning of parts and assemblies.

Of course you have a solid first understanding of luxury environment and the specific expectations of our clients and prospects. Marketing Manager

To strengthen our Ferrari Marketing team we are looking for a Marketing Manager, based in the Headquarter of Maranello (Italy) and reporting directly to the Head of Switzerland and East Europe Region. Focus of the role is to develop the dealer marketing plan, including business analysis and market-data insights, further develop and improvement of CRM, training dealers in the use of the tools, track the monthly KPI’s in order to make recommendation for improvement, and in accordance with Ferrari’ s marketing strategy.
Furthermore you will be developing and implementing marketing activities and events to drive customer loyalty and new prospect acquisition, evaluate results of each marketing activity and post-event analysis, in line with highest quality positioning and controlling the event budget.
And you will be a key driver to cascade the retail marketing strategy to dealers to achieve commercial objectives, monitor strict compliance to Ferrari corporate identity guideline, and travel to our dealerships across Switzerland. Specifically, you will lead dealer visits (minimum 50% travel in the field) for support, coaching and progress monitoring and to have a strong sense of “reality” inside dealership and local markets.

Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging and multi-tasking role, we are looking for an experienced marketing / retail marketing manager with at least 5 years’ track record of experience gained in performance-automotive or similar luxury-marketing organizations.
You would ideally hold a degree in business or marketing, and applied these in a structured and commercial marketing environment. Having worked in an multinational organization, and with some time spent abroad, would add to the strength of your candidature. You bring clear marketing and communication skills, including segmentation, customer targeting, positioning, promotion and planning. And likewise experience in digital and social media marketing, including analytics.
Above all you are clearly experienced in working in an environment where precision, acting in a structured and effective manner is key, capable of multi-tasking and where budget, decisions and timings are challenged daily. Therefore a hands-on, practical and solutions-provider approach are necessary. Your further competences include anticipation, precision, and delivering succinct recommendations. You have a high level of agility and resilience, and of course excellent communication and interrelation-skills.
Fluent German, as well as English, are required. The role will require to travel to dealerships as well as for events (including occasionally on weekends)
