Print Production Advisor Strategic Procurement
The Strategic Procurement Print Advisor manages live print projects, vendors and costs associated with the execution of marketing campaigns. These projects are initiated via a variety of channels in the Retail business segment. The role is responsible for the creation of schedules, assignment of projects, tracking projects through the execution cycle, job prioritization and providing ongoing communications to business partners, Account Service teams and external vendors. The Print team Advisor acts as a conduit between Account Services managers, business partners and CVSC print vendors.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Perform press checks and vendor reviews, as needed
• Provide subject matter expertise to designers and business partners on print related collateral
• Perform quality assurance procedures on all deliverables per Standard Operating Procedures
• Lead touch base meetings with Account Services & Member Ops teams
• Prepare project status reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Develop realistic production schedules, meeting project needs and reducing rush charges.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Print Production experience along with mail production work flow experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to establish and document print production costs on a project basis
Ability to manage annual/project printing budgets and reporting
Ability to respond and perform swiftly and seamlessly in rapid changing environment
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to quickly master new software & understand new software programming/technology
Ability to lead production meetings where individuals have different POV’s and direct compromise
Ability to communicate with all levels of management in corporate environment
Ability to work independently as well as work well in a group
Highly motivated individual with superior organizational and time management skills
Customer focused service and action orientated
Strong attention to detail for written communication and job specifications
Knowledge of USPS regulations and direct mail execution
Deep knowledge of print and different types of print collateral
Write well detailed print specifications
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word as well as Quark or In design to make some minor artwork modifications

Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience preferred.

Human Resource Business Partner, Senior Advisor
CVS Health is looking for a dynamic Human Resources professional to join our team. The Senior Advisor-HR Business Partner will provide strategic and tactical guidance our Distribution Centers teams in the development and implementation of business plans. Operating within an HR business partner consulting model, the role is directly, or in partnership with other HR centers of excellence, responsible for area of focus including but not limited to the following: performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, training and development, compensation and compliance..

Responsible for building strong relationships within all levels of the organization to proactively develop and execute human capital plans that will positively impact the company and achieve both business and organizational goals.

In this role you must have the ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization. The ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and processes in support of the overall business strategy is a must. The individual must have experience in performance law and overall HR business programs to support the business.

The Human Resources Business Partner will support Distribution Centers in Indianapolis Indiana and the position will be based out of our Indianapolis facility. You must have the ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support neighboring facilities in Michigan and Kentucky.

Required Qualifications
– 5+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience
– Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience working in a distribution, manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
– Labor Relations experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to pick up new systems quickly
