Part-Time Service Representative

Job Requirements:

  • Answers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.
  • Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client.
  • Completes call guides; gathers and verifies required information.
  • Attends telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of service.
  • Adheres to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames.
  • Adheres to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology

Other Qualifications

  • Basic communication skills
  • Preferred 1 or more years of data entry and other telephone experience
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Ability to meet professional standards towards project and co-workers
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to work a flexible shift 11 AM – 10 PM and can be any day of the week.

Customer Service Representative

  • Answers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.

  • Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned.

Inclusion & Communications Analyst

GDIT is currently seeking an Inclusion & Communications Analyst in Falls Church, VA to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia. In this role you will be a change agent by supporting the Culture & Engagement team with Diversity & Inclusion activities and HR Communications. As part of the C&E team you will help to drive employee engagement and company culture through creation and coordination of internal HR communications, support of Employee Resource Group activities and research and support of implantation of D&I policies and programs.

Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support HR Communications to include, but not limited to, drafting of messages from Centers of Excellence, infusion of corporate brand and culture into messaging, and coordination of distribution with Corporate Communications team
  • Coordinate and maintain HR Communications and Inclusion calendars
  • Coordinate, collect, and draft content for Culture & Engagement Quarterly Newsletter
  • Monitor and maintain HR Content on Fuse, in partnership with COEs
  • Responsible for content and maintenance of Inclusion and Giving intranet pages
  • Support for Employee Resource Group activities and events
  • Attend Inclusion events as needed
  • Support for Awards Applications (WIT, MFE, D&I Top 50, etc)
