Project Administrative Assistant: The ILR School is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant for the K. Lisa Yang and Hock E. Tan Employment and Disability Institute (YTI) in the Extension Division of the ILR School.

This position will Provide administrative and program support to the Project Director(s), related PIs and project personnel for externally-funded development projects in the K. Lisa Yang and Hock E. Tan Institute on Employment and Disability (YTI), which is a research, extended education and technical assistance program of a national and regional scope that provides research, information and training on disability and the workplace.

Bellperson: Responsible for providing a world class level of service to guests of the Statler Hotel from the moment guests come into contact with our Bell stand to their exit, including: greetings and telephone interactions; efficiency of arrival and check- in; safe and efficient transport to/from the airport; safe, secure and efficient valet parking; providing informative and useful concierge services; efficiency of check-out and departure.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma;
  • Proven ability to assume responsibility;
  • Pride in personal appearance;
  • Driver’s License required;
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
  • The physical demands for this position require a Bell Person to be in good physical condition, as you should be capable of running quickly to obtain/deliver guest cars in a timely manner.
  • Must be capable of being on your feet for long periods of times.
  • Must be able to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 75 pounds
