Marketing Specialist: The Marketing Specialist is a highly interactive and personable marketing professional, responsible for providing advertising and marketing support on a one-on-one basis to real estate sales agents at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices. This individual assists the growth and success of sales associates by facilitating agent onboarding and integration into the company, driving agent business building and marketing by assisting the agents with their personal marketing plans, social media and online presence, providing education and training on internal and external tools, and supporting general office marketing. This is a highly independent, self-directed position that requires strong skills in project management, training, presentation, and communication. Expertise in relationship building is essential. Marketing Specialists are often mobile, supporting sales associates in one or more offices through the week.
