Job positions and Salary information
Loan Assistant – This job requires the employee to work in loan section of the bank. Major role includes process loan applications including follow up procedure, computer input and preparing loan applications. Apart from this other duties may involve maintaining articles, records, revising fillings and all other related documents.
Apart from this you may have to assist and handle all queries to the customers related to loan applications and processing. You may require IT knowledge regarding Laserpro and estate documents. You also have to be aware of all policies related to bank operations. Basic accounting knowledge is must along with procedure for loan application.
Some additional knowledge related to IT software including Excel and word is required. You have to be efficient in interaction with customers and management skills. It is obvious that you may have to deliver accuracy in your work.
You are expected to have a prior banking experience with minimum high school qualification. Pay scale may vary on your experience.
Teller – This is a full time job in the bank. You may have to focus on providing with excellent customer service to maintain relationship. Your main duty will be to collect and give cash to the customers and maintain full written record of all bank transactions done during the day. It is important that when applying you need to have past experience as bank teller. You job may involve moving around the bank with cash registers and heavy box so you may have to be prepared for manual labor.
Teller / New Accts – This position is available on the basis of full time job at the bank. You are expected to provide with excellent service to your customers. Your main role may be to deliver and collect cash from customers and maintain transaction records very accurately. You may also have to provide with sales and CSR services in person and over the telephone. Apart from this you may be responsible for opening customer accounts, advising and closing their accounts.
Retail Banking Assistant – The job position is for full time basis. Your job may include assisting customers and maintaining relationship. You may also have to oversee cash payments withdrawals and paid to the customers. Apart from this you may have to check with all entries and transactions records including withdrawals and deposits made. You may also have to clear customers queries in person or via phone when contacted. In few cases you may also be responsible for loan processing. You need to have at least two years prior experience in relevant field.
