Supervise the General operation in all areas of the store being an example for your team.

Provide the necessary direction and feedback to the employees in charge to coordinate a correct monitoring of the operative processes of the store creating an optimal work environment and providing an excellent service to our clients.


  • Authorize damaged and undamaged returns derived from defective merchandise, a wrong recommendation from an Employee or from catalog errors by always placing the customer first and guaranteeing their full satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all parts and products are in their assigned location in the store and the inventory is correct physical Vs System performing an impeccable management of weekly tasks for inventory maintenance.
  • Supervise the operational activities of the store acting as an example and ensure that employees provide advice to customers and use all tools such as the electronic catalog and the test and diagnostic equipment provided by AutoZone to give reliable advice and a true solution to the needs of our clients also supporting in preventing the returns of merchandise applying this practice.
  • Identify the strengths and areas of opportunity of the subordinate personnel to assign the corresponding tasks, as well as to recognize a good performance and provide feedback when detecting improvement and training areas.
  • Supervise that all Employees comply daily with their work schedule and with the dress code established by AutoZone, address each other and towards our clients with the highest levels of respect, kindness and professionalism by applying the guidelines and values ​​of AutoZone.
  • Know and review each period the Profit and Loss Report (P & L) to detect areas of opportunity in cost control and contribute to improving them by promoting a culture of savings in all controllable consumption in the team.
  • Assign and follow up the tasks for those in charge of the area such as assembly of planograms, goods arrangement, warehouse cleaning, restrooms, dining room, sales floor, parking, in addition to reviewing the daily counting of large cash funds and realizing the cash sweeps as well as the cashier’s cuts to the personnel in charge according to the procedures provided by AutoZone.
  • Supervise and ensure that Employees use the security equipment provided by AutoZone such as girdles, gloves, aprons and lenses at the time of work in the arrangement of the merchandise, make a test in a vehicle or at test stations inside the store contributing to avoid work accidents and guaranteeing a safe environment for our Employees.

Field Sales Representative

The ALLDATA Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for planning, implementing and managing all necessary sales activities for the success of their assigned territory.  Primary focus is to be involved in managing and working with multi-faceted repair and/or collision customers, software products, software sales processes, policies and procedures, and working within internal cross-functional teams. 

Position Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned:

  • Obtain, maintain and grow your customer base within a defined territory.
  • Attain and exceed monthly sales goals for your territory.
  • Install and provide onsite and online training for all of ALLDATA’s product lines.
  • Leverage ALLDATA’s customer base in order to grow territory performance.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach: prospecting, discovery, and closing.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills, resolving customer issues to complete customer satisfaction.
  • Drive key measurements within customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Provide input to management concerning industry trends within the territory.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends at local tradeshows, customer and partner events.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic distribution partners.
  • Drive ALLDATA’s unique value propositions.
  • This position has no direct reports.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); may include specialized or vocational courses.  College degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of proven direct sales success.  Automotive industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and territory growth in an independent work environment.
  • Ability to type 30 wpm.
  • Two years of experience of with online meeting software platforms.  WebEx or Clearslide preferred.
  • Two years of experience with sales CRM programs, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
  • Ability to operate popular Internet web browsers, such as, Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome and Safari. 
  • Frequent periods are spent driving, standing, or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about, or occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).

Commercial Sales Associate

The Commercial Specialist (CS) ensures maximum productivity, drives commercial sales, controls expenses, shrink, and remains compliant with company procedures in accordance to AutoZone’s expectations. A Commercial Specialist exceeds customer’s expectation by delivering WOW! Customer Service to all AZ Commercial accounts by Living the Pledge every day.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assists commercial accounts with selecting merchandise
  • Assumes responsibility for the commercial department in the Commercial Sales Manager’s absence
  • Maintains a safe working environment and ensures AutoZoners are implementing those practices
  • Maintains billing records for commercial accounts
  • Visits commercial accounts and ensures accounts are serviced and deliveries are made as promised
  • Follows established cash handling duties, including but not limited to deposits, collecting on accounts, and lane accountability
  • Develop new accounts through face to face and telephone contact with potential customers
  • Complies with safe driving rules and procedures and ensures commercial products are delivered on time and in excellent condition
  • Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated for each delivery
  • Properly maintains vehicle(s) and takes the necessary steps to report vehicle maintenance issues
  • Ensures all battery consignment programs are stocked and inventoried each week per policy
  • Follows proper accident procedures
  • Processes returns and reconciles accounts

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required
  • Excellent communication and decision making skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including holidays, evenings and weekend shifts

Payroll Director

  • Direct all aspects of payroll operations. Oversee processes and procedures of payroll, payroll accounting, and payroll tax for a domestic and international company. Oversee Expat payroll.  Oversee equity plans both domestic and international.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the Payroll Department management team in the overall operation of the Payroll Department. Develop talent and bench strength as a best in class payroll department.
  • Design short-term and long-term strategies for continuous improvement in payroll operations.  Develop programs and procedures to improve the efficiency of the department using new technology and methods.
  • Develop and maintain audit procedures to insure the accuracy and integrity of the payroll process.
  • Liaise with business operations, Legal and HR on the administration of compensation policies and resolution of business problems.
  • Stay abreast of new legislative changes that affect the payroll processes.
  • Serve as administrator for the HCM Payroll System.
  • Manage the Planning process of the payroll operations to ensure alignment of the unit with corporate strategies and tactics. Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
  • Advise, evaluate and challenge the financial impact of all strategies and tactics with Payroll impact.

  • Cloud based Human Resources Management System experience

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 7+ years Managerial experience with a large (50,000 + employees) multi-state payroll department processed in house
  • International Payroll experience
  • Cloud Payroll experience; Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Certified Payroll Professional
