Responsibilities

 

  • Provide medium to advanced technical support to agents experiencing issues with Arise or client specific applications
  • Ability to receive escalated chats, review previously executed troubleshooting, and continue with diagnosis and resolution of issue
  • Ability to multi-task multiple chat sessions
  • Create, document, update, escalate, and resolve cases in our ticket tracking system
  • Perform outbound calls to update, follow-up and resolve outstanding tickets
  • Ability to meet key metrics across multiple targets (chats per hour, average handle time, NPS, CSAT, and QAs)
  • Recommend procedure modifications and improvements
  • Team player mentality
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by people leader

Inventory Control Specialist: The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for management of workflows related to provision of equipment purchased/leased by Service Partners on the Arise platform.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring Service Partner designated agents have the equipment ordered to successfully service customers in hands and on time
  • Monitor active contracts to ensure that Service Partners without active SOWs are returning equipment or have paid in full for equipment in line with the expectations of the equipment agreement
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all inventory to ensure on time delivery
  • Conduct address validation to ensure accurate delivery at time of shipment
  • Handle/resolve any tickets from Service Partners regarding equipment failure/replacements
  • Make outbound calls to Service Partners in line with attached workflows
  • Able to manage/maintain record of ability to reduce/minimize financial losses from equipment
  • Responsible for other reports, analysis or other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining 1000 + user IDs within multiple systems
  • Creating user access for multiple systems for new hires
  • Analyzing user codes
  • Updating/modifying permissions based on user roles/permissions
  • Transitioning users from multiple skills
  • Loading client codes into BMS database
  • Resetting/unlocking user passwords
  • Troubleshooting code related escalations
  • Communicating codes to users via mail merge/email
  • Disabling codes when no longer active
  • Maintaining a master repository of all users
  • Perform regular audits across systems to ensure accuracy
  • Responsible for other reports, analysis or other duties as assigned
