Recurring Delivery Specialist: This position is responsible for customer service and delivery scheduling for recurring oxygen services in the Logistics Center of Excellence. This position is responsible for customer service/in-take of recurring oxygen services, ensuring that customer questions are handled promptly and accurately. Duties also include the order management and scheduling of recurring oxygen services.

  • Schedules and organizes daily deliveries and pick-ups for delivery employees according to geographic area and availability of delivery employees.
  • Schedules additional deliveries as patient and referral requests are received.
  • Must maintain adherence to the established territory plan by utilizing Roadnet, ACIS and other reports made available through various sources.
  • Investigates and creates an action plan for unplanned oxygen deliveries to avoid degradation of the overall delivery model.
  • Performs and provides quantitative analysis regarding the adherence to the delivery model.
  • Makes suggestions to the planning group to improve/enhance the delivery model based on the analysis.
  • Continuously assesses process for improvement in quality and efficiency as it relates to current processes and piloting new processes.
  • Responds to telephone, fax and EDI inquiries and orders from recurring oxygen referral sources and homecare patients.
  • Documents recurring oxygen referral requests for coordination of care.
  • Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers.

Escalation Desk Specialist: This position is responsible for supporting the internal CS teams, providing floor support on processes and procedures as well as customer escalations. Duties include processing escalated orders to completion, providing floor support for Inbound CS and CQ agents, taking supervisor calls and all other customer escalations. Responsible for researching and resolving PCCR’s related to Customer Service.

  • Provides floor support for CS inbound/ CQ team members
  • Handle supervisor/escalated calls from CS/CQ
  • Process urgent orders to completion
  • Research and respond to PCCR complaints
  • Handle complex processing issues
  • Review call recordings and respond to complaints about CS/CQ
  • Complete ENF and provide feedback to supervisors
  • Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and “best practices.”
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 2 years related experience is required.

Operations Account Liaison: The Operations Account Liaison is responsible for managing the relationship between Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Apria Healthcare.

  • Assists branches with orders and locates lost equipment when necessary.
  • Resolves issues by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoots with the medical groups and any relevant on-site departments if issues arise.
  • Assists medical groups and/or other provider groups regarding products and services available under the contract.
  • Coordinates with physicians and medical groups.
  • Assists with billing issues and forwards to appropriate person.
  • Makes follow-up calls to patients that are awaiting special order items.
  • Facilitate equipment deliveries to Hospitals.
  • Assists DME with questions, concerns and patient history.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
  • At least one year related experience is required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
