Job Responsibilities

  • Grow A-B sales and share with key on or off premise chain account(s)
  • Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions
  • Direct and manage space management priorities of AB and the account
  • utilize sales tools (smart, eagle eye, iri, iri data web, shelf set, etc.)
  • Maintain active communications with ABI field sales and wholesaler personnel
  • Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budget; manage budgets
  • Contribute to the development and management of annual account plan
  • facilitate communication of wholesaler’s pricing to chain account(s)

Lead Merchandiser

  • Assist to manage, lead, motivate and develop department personnel including assisting with performance management and employee relations
  • Assist with the daily scheduling and coordination of merchandiser activities
  • Coordinate coverage for merchandiser due to absences
  • Train new merchandisers
  • Assist in delivery of product. Rotate and stock all accounts
  • Checking out point of sale and necessary tools from POS area
  • Installation of permanent and paper point of sale in retail accounts
  • Responsible for all daily route paperwork and the proper completion of all company documents
  • Responsible for any other tasks deemed necessary by the Sales Manager or Sales Directors


  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

District Manager


  • Commitment to sales and share growth within district
  • Manage & cascade communication to ensure execution ofnational and locals sales and marketing plans
  • Facilitate relationship with Anheuser-Busch WholesalerNetwork and AB Sales Team
  • Work with wholesaler sales teams to ensure superiorexecution at retail
  • Analyze sales and share data to identify gaps, diagnosethreats and prescribe proactive action plans in the market
  • Assess and monitor wholesaler compliance in accordance withWEA standards.


  • B.S/B.A in Finance, Business, Marketing or related fieldrequired.
  • Thorough knowledge of AB sales and marketing strategies,procedures, and procedures.
  • Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonalskills.
  • 2 years experience in the consumer products industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
