Positions and Payments

Retail Sales Associate – Retail sales associates main responsibility is keeping the customer service at high levels by answering and solving their problems and helping their needs and purchases. Managers must operate sales with effective merchandising, promotions and customer service. Hiring and training new workers, balance sales against labor hours and trying to reach corporate goals, ideals are common duties of managers. Retail asks for at least one year of supervising experience to applicants applying managerial roles. Managers may earn up to 50,000 dollars annually.
