Retail Sales Representative

Job responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining relationships with store employees and store customers
• Training and coaching

Training Manager

The Cox Communications Training Manager will be focused onboarding and training of both new contractors and internal reps across the Cox field organization.   The Training Manager will be responsible for working with Account Managers to ensure that all employees are trained and equipped for optimal performance in the field.
Essential Functions:
• Scheduling new contractor/internal reps into the Cox training program
• Tracking rep progress through onboarding and the training program
• Tracking contractor rep production and attrition
• Assisting in scheduling virtual trainings for new hires
• Conducting both in-person and virtual training on products, services, new offers, etc.
• Help ensure all links, videos, etc. are functional and up-to-date
• Travel into markets to provide ongoing support of the program

Warehouse Picker/Packer

General Warehouse Knowledge in:

  • Receiving
  • Shipping
  • Order Pulling
  • Order Picking
  • Warehouse Organization
  • Order Fulfillment

100% accuracy is a must without exception
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

  • Will be working in a very fast work environment need to keep moving and picking orders.
  • Works under general or minimal supervision, must be responsible and punctual

Qualifications:

  • At least one year experience working in warehouse setting.
  • Someone who knows how to work individually
  • A strong team player

Welder

Looking for Welders in the Fresno, Selma and Visalia area.

Candidates must have the following experience:

  • 0-3 years experience with MIG or TIG welding
  • Comfortable welding on Mild, Stainless, and Carbon Steel
  • Ability to fabricate
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Comfortable lifting 50 lbs.
