Our tellers are the initial contact for new and existing clients of Key Bank in transacting accounts and uncovering sales opportunities. Tellers enhance client relationships with Key by providing distinctive quality service and ensuring that clients are communicated with for possible product opportunities.

In Bound Customer Service/Sales Agent
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and is looking to start a career in the banking field. Our call center is a fast-paced and challenging environment where you¿ll have fun and gain the experience you¿ll need to grow and develop in your banking career.
Using your superior interpersonal skills, you¿ll provide information to our customers regarding their accounts and offer new products and services that may benefit them. A proficiency in MS Office and strong typing skills are essential.
We seek highly motivated, detail-oriented professionals to negotiate settlement and payment arrangement on delinquent accounts. The adjuster will work independently to achieve monthly goals for losses and quality control. Account types include but may not be limited to mortgages, lines of credit, marine and auto loans, and unsecured loans.
Qualifications include ability to manage a large volume of customer accounts and keen intuition in evaluating accounts and assessing debtors¿ repayment ability and intent. You must also have good computer and telephone communication skills.
